1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vercel Bulk Manager ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Vercel Bulk Manager for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Hyperdyn at any time.

3. API Token Security

Your Vercel API token is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and account credentials.

• Do not share your API tokens with unauthorized parties
• Use secure connections when accessing the service
• Immediately revoke tokens if you suspect unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Using the Service to delete resources you don't own or have permission to manage
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hyperdyn does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Important: Deletion of projects and deployments is permanent and cannot be undone. Always verify your selections before confirming any delete operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hyperdyn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Privacy

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or API tokens. All data processing happens locally in your browser. We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

This Service integrates with Vercel's API. Your use of Vercel's services is governed by Vercel's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Vercel's practices or policies.

9. Modifications to Terms

Hyperdyn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
